Why do Preventative Maintenance agreements exist?

Lots of reasons! To help commercial businesses prolong the life of their heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing equipment, reduce downtime, decrease reactive maintenance requests, manage compliance and inspections, and prevent costly emergency repairs from occurring. Savvy customers don’t rely on the “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” mentality. Relying solely on deferred maintenance leaves your building vulnerable to added costs and lost productivity. No heat on black Friday? No cool air for back-to-school shoppers? That affects total retail spending and employee productivity. Sudden pipe burst? Water damage in restaurants can lead to extreme financial loss, loss of employment, and product and building damage. The best way to protect your business is to hire licensed professionals that routinely check your HVAC and plumbing equipment.

Press Mechanical offers monthly, quarterly, and yearly agreements. Our typical service rate is $130 per hour with a trip charge of $95 (2-hour minimum per service call). With a service agreement, you can save up to $20 per hour and be sure your equipment is always taken care of.
